Acquistion finalised

London, 01/07/2016 Metal Bulletin: Metraco finalises acquisition of Sims FE Mottram.

Belgium based ferro alloys and metals trader, Metraco have confirmed the acquisition of the business and the assets of UK-based ferro titanium producer, Sims FE Mottram in Sheffield.

The business will continue under the new name of FE Mottram Ltd.
All production at FE Mottram Ltd will continue according to the procedures and processes already in place.
